Kiteware Agents
Pilot opening soon

Grab a Kit and get started.

AI agents for your email, website, marketing and competitors. Each one checks with you before it sends or publishes. Powered by Claude.

The Kits app on a phone. Wren, the Website care Kit, asks to publish Harbor Street Bakery's new Saturday hours, and Robin, the Front desk Kit, asks to send a reply to a wedding cake enquiry. Each card has Approve and Deny buttons.

Four Kits to start with

Front desk Kit

Answers email you forward it and drafts replies.

Tell it "Reply to this morning's quote request."

Website care Kit

Checks and updates your Kiteware Web site.

Tell it "Update our holiday opening hours."

Marketing Kit

Drafts posts and offers in your voice.

Tell it "Draft a post for Saturday's sale."

Market watch Kit

Watches competitors and your search ranking.

Tell it "What changed on their menu this month?"

How a Kit works

Step 1, your Kit prepares a reply, a page edit or a fix; nothing has gone anywhere yet. Step 2, you approve it on your phone or the web. Step 3, Kiteware checks it against what you approved, then sends or publishes it. Steps 2 and 3 are enforced by Kiteware, not the Kit. If needed, undo a site change from the same card.

What a Kit can touch

Every request goes through Kiteware. Emails and site changes wait for you.

Your Kit works inside your business's private machine with its notes, a web browser and drafts. Every request passes through Kiteware, which allows reading public pages, holds your keys and the Kit's inbox, and only lets emails, website changes and first use of a service through after you approve.
  • No posting to social media
  • No access to your own mailbox
  • No bulk email
  • Pilot limits: 20 emails a day, up to five Kits

FAQ

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can describe your business in a paragraph and tap Approve, you can run a Kit. There's nothing to install on your computer.

Can it send something I didn't approve?

No. Every email a Kit sends and every website change it publishes needs your approval, and the first time it uses one of your accounts you approve that too. Kiteware's systems check the approval and carry out the action, separate from the Kit, so an instruction hidden in an email or web page can't switch that off. Just before sending or publishing, Kiteware compares it with what you approved and stops if anything is different.

What if it gets something wrong?

Deny it and say why, and your Kit takes that into account next time. If you've approved a website change and don't like it once it's live, you can undo it from the same card.

Does a Kit hold my passwords?

No. If a Kit needs access to a service, you add the key from your phone or the web. It's encrypted before it leaves your device and only Kiteware's systems use it. The Kit never receives it.

Where does it run?

Your Kits run in their own virtual machine, isolated from other customers. Each Kit has its own email address on a Kiteware domain and never connects to your mailbox; forward it anything you want it to see.

Will people know they're dealing with AI?

Yes. Every email ends with a line naming the Kit and saying Kits are AI agents from Kiteware, powered by Claude.

Can I name my Kit?

Yes. You name each Kit when you set it up, and you can change the name, its instructions and its schedule whenever you like.

Do I need a Kiteware website?

Only for the Website care Kit, which edits and publishes your site directly, so it needs a site on Kiteware Web. The other Kits work for any business, wherever your site lives.

Where do I check on it?

Sign in with your Kiteware account on the web, or use the iPhone app (pilot businesses get it through Apple's TestFlight). Both show what your Kits have done, what's waiting for your approval, and a box for telling a Kit what you need.

What does it cost?

Pricing hasn't been set yet. We'll agree it with you before you start, and billing goes through Stripe on the same account as your other Kiteware products. Usage has daily and monthly limits so costs can't run away. If a limit is reached, your Kits pause until it resets (midnight UTC, or the 1st of the month); approvals and Undo still work.

Which AI model does it use?

Claude, made by Anthropic, through Anthropic's commercial API. Anthropic doesn't train its models on that data and keeps it for up to 30 days. Our privacy policy lists every company that handles your data.
