FAQ
Will I lose any email when I move?
No. We copy everything across first and leave your old mailbox exactly as it is. You keep working in it right up to the moment we switch over, and we run a final sync afterwards to catch anything that arrived mid-move. If you're not happy, your old provider is still there.
Why is there a one-time charge to move?
Because a person does the move for you. We check what you have, copy every mailbox with its folders, labels and attachments, set up your domain records, test that mail works in both directions, and move your team over on a date that suits you. You pay it once.
How is it cheaper than Google or Microsoft?
You're paying for email rather than a productivity suite. We don't build a document editor, a video-calling product or a storage service into the price, and we run on our own infrastructure rather than reselling someone else's.
Can I keep my existing address?
Yes. You keep you@yourbusiness.com, and anyone who already has your address keeps writing to it. Nothing changes for your customers.
What about spam and deliverability?
We handle both. Incoming mail is filtered for spam. For outgoing mail we set up and verify SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your domain before it sends anything, which helps your quotes and invoices reach the inbox instead of the junk folder.
What about my calendar and contacts?
Your calendar and address book work in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar and Outlook on every device. They aren't shown inside the Kiteware web inbox.
